A more detailed Revit® model would require the recording of heights of additional non-structural elements, such as electrical/data objects, ceiling elements, millwork, railings, etc. From this, as well as combined with extensive interior and exterior digital photography, all captured data is modelled entirely in Revit®, with no AutoCAD® files linked in.
We can also integrate 3D laser scanning with our LTS laser surveys, for the ultimate in cost-effective laser-measured 3D models! Areas of extreme detail can be captured in a 3D point cloud, and brought into our surveyed Revit model. This hybrid approach helps save time and reduce costs, in a dramatic fashion!
